Mt Druitt Ethnic Communities Agency (MECA)

Background

MECA is a non profit multicultural community based welfare organisation established in 1989.

Our services are supported by Commonwealth, State and local government funds.

We provide effective, professional community development and referral service to people from Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) Communities  living in Mount Druitt and surrounding suburbs.

Our service is easily accessible as it is within walking distance to train station and buses and main central business district. 

We are centrally located among numerous Government and non-government social and community services.

Our management committee, staff and volunteers bring a rich diversity of cultures, knowledge and experience to help provide a professional and culturally sensitive service to meet the needs of the community as a whole.
